Unique cast glass sculpture by RD Glass. Featuring two separate semi-circular shaped pieces to create a moon inspired artwork. One half is black to signify the shadow and one half is deep orange/red, like a blood moon. The black fades into the orange/red section to begin with and then turns into a few black flecks, before fading completely into the orange.
The orange/red half features holes and textured patterns in the reverse to give the 'craters' in the moon. 
The black half has been polished to a glossy mirror finish. The orange half has a glossy front and edge, whereas the back and internal surfaces have been left with a slightly textured, matt finish. The contrast between the two gives stunning reflections and patterns in the glass.
